Peak Design SAE charging cable kit for Peak Design Motorcycle Mounts. Connects to charging module via slim, proprietary waterproof inline connector. Burly PE insulation resists kinking, abrasion, and the elements. 2M length for SAE cable compatibility. Most newer bikes have natively integrated USB-C, USB-A, and/or SAE power supplies. For older bikes, we recommend the SAE Cable Kit with a 3rd party SAE battery harness. SAE Cable Kit users must unplug charging module when bike is not running to avoid battery drain. Other ways of preventing battery drain are installing a switched SAE battery harness or auto-shutoff relay for your SAE power source. Consult an experienced mechanic when working on your bike’s electrical system.

This kit contains 3 lightweight rugged plastic foot plugs that easily install in place of the lower 4 tripod leg sections. With the leg sections removed and the foot plugs installed, you’re left with a pro-quality tripod that is half the weight, yet still deploys to 57.2cm (22.5″). Removing the lower 4 leg sections and installing the foot plugs is fast and easy””it requires no tools whatsoever.
