This Joby Telepod Mobile kit is designed to get the most from your Smartphone, in terms of content creation. The Joby Telepod itself has a payload of 325 grams, making it compatible with smartphones, as well as compact digital cameras and similar. While a Griptight One Mount has been included for mounting most smartphones, this mount can be removed if you wish to attach another device to the ball head, via the included 1/4″-20 tripod thread.

A Bluetooth impulse remote has also been included in this kit, allowing you to fire your phone camera’s shutter remotely at a distance of up to 90 feet. This remote works with Android and iOS devices. When the Joby Telepod Mobile is collapsed it measures 7.5-inches in length and it includes a rubber hand grip for your comfort. This unit can also be used as a mini tripod, or a telescopic tripod, which results in the centre column of the tripod being extended out to provide a total length of 24 inches.
