This black Coiled D-Tap to DC 5.5 x 2.5mm Barrel Cable from Kondor Blue is designed to power select cameras, monitors, lights, and other accessories using an external battery with a D-Tap power output. One end of the coiled cable features a male D-Tap right-angle connector while the other terminates in a 5.5 x 2.5mm DC barrel right-angle connector, making it compatible with equipment such as the Canon C70 digital cinema camera as well as Atomos Ninja V and Blackmagic Video Assist recording monitors. The coiled cable can extend from 16 to 32″ in length.
The D-Tap to Barrel Adapter cable allows you to draw power from a D-Tap connection like an Anton Bauer or V-Mount battery plate.
Warning: The customer is responsible for determining battery polarity. Improper polarity will damage the monitor and void the warranty. For use with SmallHD monitors, the centre pin of the “barrel” connector of the D-Tap cable should always be positive.
