The SmallRig CMA2209 Cage for Atomos Ninja Series provides a formfitting exoskeleton and accessory mounting for your Ninja 5″ recorder/monitor. Features include top and bottom NATO rails, 1/4″-20, 3/8″-16, and ARRI-style accessory threads, and a detachable HDMI cable clamp. Secure the cage to your monitor with the included 1/4″-20 screw on the top and with the two M3 screws on the left side. The CMA2209 cage includes one HDMI cable clamp, and it supports an optional second clamp. For backward compatibility with Atomos Master Caddy II, the cage also features drive locks that incorporate the added size of standard 2.5″ drives in the cage’s form factor. Compatible with the Ninja series sun hood frame, this cage also incorporates slots for attaching a neck strap. Note that the Ninja series sun hood needs to be fitted before mounting your monitor in the cage.

The versatile cage incorporates locating pins and rubber pads for a snug fit on your BMPCC 6K or 4K camera. It also features strap holes to add a hand strap or neck strap. An Allen wrench that stores in the base is included to help tighten the camera screw.
