This kit includes a cage, cable clamp and silicone handle. It boasts SmallRig’s patented “HawkLock” quick release system, which includes a NATO rail and Arca-Swiss quick release plate, allowing for secure and smooth one-click mounting “HawkLock”-compatible accessories, such as top handles (ID 4483), side handles (ID 4485), and quick release mount plates (ID 4486).

The cage features a three-point locking system, securing the cage with a 1/4″-20 screw on the bottom and two locating blocks on either side, ensuring a snug fit with no deflection. The bottom silicone pads protect the camera from scratches. Additionally, a hinged arm at the battery compartment enhances grip by providing extra support for the little finger. The HDMI cable clamp features a tool-free attachment secured by the thumbscrew to the left side of the cage, ensuring a stable connection for reliable data transmission.

The cage incorporates various mounting interfaces, including multiple 1/4″-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8″-16 locating holes, allowing for the attachment of top handles (ID 3765, 4757) or side handles (ID 4755, 4840) for improved stability during handheld shooting. The cold shoe mount can be used for attaching DJI MIC II microphones or video lights. The bottom 1/4″-20 threaded hole can be used for mounting on desktop tripods or DJI RS stabilizers with a quick release plate for DJI RS Mini. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate facilitates quick switching between handheld, tripod, and stabilizer shooting modes (compatible with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, and RS 4 Pro).
