SmallRig Wireless Follow Focus Controller Kit 3917B is a control unit of wireless follow focus system. Compared to MagicFIZ Wireless Follow Focus Handgrip Kit 3782, it has no Wireless Receiver Motor. The handgrip has power-failure memory that spares you from repeated lens calibration and AB point settings, thus improving shooting efficiency. Its ultra-low-power 0.96″ OLED screen and vibration warning function provide a simple but efficient user interaction experience. With ergonomic and modular design, it feels comfortable and features anti-twist 1/4”-20 holes on both sides for handgrip adapter, making it suitable for both right hand and left hand. It is compatible with LP-E6 batteries for longer battery life which can also power wireless receiver motor via USB-C cables and with fast charging for charging LP-E6 batteries via an external adapter. The system’s BLE module helps in wireless REC start/stop, follow focus and zoom which can also be realized by control cables (ID: 3325, 2971, 2970, depending on your camera type) with Wireless Receiver Motor.

This dual-sided follow focus has a 1:1 hand wheel-to-gear ratio for extremely accurate focus pulls.
The dual-sided design allows you to adjust your lens’ focus from either side of the camera.
It attaches to both 15mm LWS and 19mm rod supports by snapping onto the rods.
This allows you to adjust, mount and remove it without the need to remove other accessories that are also mounted onto the rods such as matte boxes and lens supports.
The gear is attached to a swivel that allows you to rotate it against the lens for a tight fit.
You can also slide the whole unit from side-to-side, allowing you to easily adjust to fit any size of lens.
Remote control can be set-up for Lanc (Canon/Sony) and Panasonic cameras.
