The SM4-R is a suspension shock mount for mounting RØDE shotgun and small-diaphragm studio microphones onto a stand or boompole with 3/8-inch or ⅝-inch thread. RODE DeadCat VMP+ Artificial Fur Wind Shield for VideoMic Pro+
The RODE DeadCat VMP+ is a deluxe furry wind cover for the VideoMic Pro+, designed to help minimize wind noise and improve audio recording clarity in windy environments.
The DeadCat VMP+ combines an open-cell foam surround with an outer layer of acoustically transparent artificial fur. A rubber base prevents any wind noise from entering the rear of the microphone pickup area, whilst ensuring a secure fit specifically suited to the VMP+ Microphone.
The DeadCat VMP+ is only compatible with the VideoMic Pro+ (released September 2017). For other VideoMic Pro models please see the DeadCat VMP and DeadCat VMPR.
