Combining popular features from previous Phottix softbox series; Phottix has developed a new series of professional-grade light shapers that are durable, portable, and most importantly – multifunctional. The Phottix Capsule series of modifiers features a portable design and simple push opening system making them ready to use in seconds. Closing is just as easy with our ‘One Push Release’ system. Bring them on set with confidence knowing that the difficulty of setting up softboxes is a thing of the past. Pop it open, configure the Capsule into one of five setups, attach your studio light, and you’re ready to shoot. Capsule series softboxes are equipped with a “Bowens” style S-mount attachment and include white diffusion, inner baffle, beauty dish, a grid, an umbrella, and come with a zippered carrying case. The G-Capsule also comes with a magnetic Gel filter holder, and four gel filters. The Capsule’s native “Bowens Style” S-mount can be replaced with Phottix speedrings for Elinchrom, Profoto, and other systems which are sold separately.
