The D400 Jumbo Grip Head looks like the top of a traditional overhead stand. Commonly referred to as a lollipop this accessory converts combo and universal head stands with a standard 28 mm/1 1/8 inch receiver to an overhead style stand. The D400 has a 28 mm pin that mounts into a 28 mm receiver, a 4 1/2 inch/10 mm grip head and a 28 mm/1 1/8 inch receiver are on top of the pin giving you capability of working like you would when you are using overhead stands. The Gag is the combination of two sets of Grip Head Plates on one shaft, and with one locking spin handle. It serves many purposes, such as making a yoke with a Grip Head at each end or converting a Double Extension Arm to a Triple Extension Arm, feathering two Open End Scrims for a graduated lighting effect. The Double Gag combines two Grip Heads onto one 1/4′ mounting shaft and allows each head to be locked individually. The Double Gag is also known as the ‘Lollypop.’
