The Backstage Filmtools Pigtail Double Baby Hanger  features a rubberized coating to provide grip on a c-stand, it is held in place by the weight placed on the baby pins. The position of the Backstage Filmtools Pigtail Double Baby Hanger can easily be adjusted by lifting up on the baby pin side and freeing up the weight used to hold it in place.
