The pocket-sized UltraStudio Mini Recorder 12G from Blackmagic Design has a Thunderbolt 4 output, enabling you to capture or stream video from your camera or other SDI or HDMI source using your computer’s Thunderbolt connection. This recorder supports both YUV and RGB video resolutions up to UHD 4K60 via 3G-SDI or HDMI. It is powered via its USB-C connector, letting it draw power from any attached computer. It offers high data speeds and support for a broad range of popular video codecs, such as Apple ProRes 4444, Avid DNxHR, and 10-bit 4:4:4 uncompressed signals.
