It compresses the camera’s high-bandwidth feed down to approximately 46 Gb/s, making it practical to transmit two camera feeds over a single 100G Ethernet connection for live production workflows. This is designed for professional broadcasters and live production teams working with immersive video formats, but it also opens up live spatial content creation for studios experimenting with next-generation viewing experiences.
