The 2.6′ OC-E4A Off-Camera Multi-Function Shoe Cord from Canon provides photographers with the ability to remotely fire Canon flashes. Removing the flash from the camera’s hot shoe allows unique and dramatic lighting styles that are not possible with a traditional shoe-mounted strobe. Off-camera lighting reduces the harsh shadows commonly encountered with direct on-camera flashes and gives photographs a more natural look. This Multi-Function compatible cord is also compatible with the DM-E1D Digital Stereo Microphone, making it useful for video-based applications.
