The GX-PROK table-top tripod is perfect for stabilizing DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, compact cameras, and other accessories up to 2.5kg (6.6lbs). The carbon fiber leg tubing provides high strength and stability while weighing just 450g (15.8oz) with the supplied low-profile GX-02 Explorer Ball Head and QR plate. The Explorer GX-PROK combines extra height with a lightweight design making over a standard tabletop tripod of similar weight. It is a sturdy and high-quality carbon fiber tabletop tripod that can provide a compact and secure platform for vlogging, mobile, and low-angle photography. With longer legs providing more available height than our other tabletop tripods, it makes an ideal accessory for smartphones, compact and mirrorless cameras, all the way up to full-featured DSLRs.

The Explorer GX-PROK supports load capacities up to 2.5kg (5.5lbs), making it suitable for DSLR cameras with lenses such as 24-70mm telephoto lenses from most manufacturers. The GX-02 Explorer Ball Head has a dual-knob design for locking and providing a panning head with a full 360° panoramic rotation for unlimited positioning.  The inverted Explorer GX-02 Ball Head is designed to be as compact and portable as possible and supports ARCA compatible mounting QR plates and accessories. A dual-action knob secures the provided Explorer quick release plate and acts as the panning release to shoot 360° panoramic images. Quick adjustments to composition and positioning can be made through the inverted ball head design.

The integrated metal spikes allow for great traction on softer surfaces and the rubber foot covering provides grip on flat surfaces.

The two-section legs can be extended to a maximum height of 710mm (28″) and can spread to be used near ground level for low shooting and macro photography purposes. The kit comes with a storage pouch for protection while not in use.
