Suitable as a fill light source for video shooting, the Litemons LA300Bi Bi-Colour LED Monolightfrom Godox has an adjustable bi-colour CCT while providing you with NFC functionality for quick app control. Even in its compact white housing, the LA300Bi is a 330W unit capable of delivering a bright output when equipped with the included reflector. Among its many benefits are 11 built-in lighting effects for simulating various creative scenes and dimming capability. On the rear of the unit is a convenient screen for monitoring the parameters of the light, complemented by local buttons and a knob for easy tweaks. The 300x integrates properly mixed variable-white lighting into an easily modifiable point-source light engine. The 300x features a specially designed color-blending optical element in front of its LED light source, combining the bi-color chipset into one cohesive point-source. The combination of this new technology, along with the Aputure ecosystem, allows you to achieve bi-color flexibility never before experienced with Aputure products.
Built on the foundation of the popular LS C300d, Aputure’s Light Storm LS C300d II LED Light Kit with V-Mount Battery Plate is an enhanced version with 20% more power, refined features, and advanced connectivity. Aputure uses Chip on Board (COB) technology to produce a 5500K colour temperature, with power consumption of just 350W, while outputting 3500 lux of light with an efficient reflector at a distance of 9.8′. In addition to power efficiency, this fixture also has a CRI/TLCI rating of 96, indicating accuracy in colour rendering. The fixture’s ballast/controller employs 0 to 100% Linear, Logarithmic, Exponential, and S-Curve dimming and is separated from the body of the fixture, making it lighter and reducing its size. A mounting base is included for use with an optional clamp, allowing attachment to a light stand to distribute the weight.
The Light Storm 60x from Aputure is a precision fixture with beam spread, power, colour balance, and light intensity options. The light has an expansive colour range of 2700 to 6500K to meet any ambient light challenge or match other fixtures. The light’s beam spread range of a tight 15 degrees to medium flood of 45 degrees can be further modified by the included 4-way barndoors for selective lighting. Light intensity is adjustable too from 0 to 100%.
At just 5.7 x 3.5 x 3.5″ the compact ML60 LED Light has a host of advanced features “under the hood.” The light sports a 5600K colour temperature – ideal for shooting outdoors, in a large place dominated by windows, or to seamlessly blend with other daylight-balanced fixtures. A high CRI rating of CRI/TLCI: 96/97 is ample evidence of advanced capability in rendering colour. The ML60 dims from 0 to 100% and it has a 32-channel, 16-group receiver that allows you to adjust the light’s dimming level and on/off functions. You can manage these locally on the fixture or wirelessly at a distance with a separately-purchased controller. The light even has eight lighting effects including lightning, flash, conference, paparazzi, TV, and broken bulb.
Made with run-and-gun shooting in mind the ML60 has a removable handle as well as an umbrella socket. Ready for worldwide use, the ML60 runs on 100 to 240V, thanks to the included AC adapter, but it will also run on two NP-F970 batteries when AC power is unavailable. Godox has included a carrying case for storage and transport.
