Allowing you to use V-system lenses with your X-system camera, the XV Lens Adapter from Hasselblad greatly expands the number of potential lens options for the mirrorless medium format digital camera. This adapter is compatible with C, CB, CF, CFI, CFE, F and FE-type lenses and must be used in conjunction with the X1D-50c’s electronic shutter function as no leaf shutter control is possible.
To clear up any potential confusion, this is NOT Sony Alpha, but Alpa of Switzerland. You will most likely be using the Kern Macro Switar 50mm f/1.8 or f/1.9 apochromat lens on this adapter.
