The HiLite backgrounds range allows the photographer to work in a way that was extremely difficult to achieve in the past. With the HiLite the photographer can achieve ‘High Key’ photography on location and in restrictive spaces.

By rear lighting the white background itself there is no longer a need to use a background light behind the subject. Furthermore, because the background is actually illuminated it means the subject can stand virtually right in front of it without casting a shadow.

The HiLite backgrounds also works as a large rear softbox and illuminates the subject as well, meaning you can use just one other flash head to light the subject from the front. What’s more, the whole thing is collapsible.

The Manfrotto light reflector Triflector MkII is widely used in makeover and fashion shoots because of the distinctive ‘catch lights’ the subject receives to the eyes. The hinge mechanisms make all three panels individually adjustable to get light exactly where you need it. The panels each fold like our collapsible reflecting panels. The frame folds away and they all fit into a portable bag. The light reflector Triflector MkII weighs only 1.2kg.

The XpoBalance grey card works in a similar way to the EzyBalance but has the added advantage of three different grey surfaces on one side and a black, white and 18% grey surface on the other side, collectively offering a range of white balance, exposure, colour correction and bracketing adjustment colours.
