You can slot it in and release using a large, easy to grasp handle. So no fiddling around required! And it comes complete with everything you need to get going, including two industry standard, removable 5/8” studs (1x) 5/8” with male 3/8” and 1/4” thread and (1x) 5/8” stud female 3/8” and 1/4” threads.

Perfect for a huge array of applications such as supporting a speedlight and flash gun with an umbrella for photography lighting when paired with the Manfrotto 143S or 143S-1 hot shoe attachments (Sold separately) or additionally use it with your LED Light for precise and accurate control over your video lighting.
