Radius RAD-1 Microphone Shockmount for Boompoles (CCM/CMC Edition)

The Radius RAD-1 (CCM/CMC Edition) is a microphone shockmount suitable primarily for indoor booming or outdoors with no winds, when using the mic by itself or with only a foam windscreen. Designed to hold Schoeps CCM microphones and capsules with CMC1-U, CMC1-L, or CMC1-K amplifiers, this suspension provides exceptional isolation from movement, handling noise, and other vibrations associated with booming.

The RAD-1 (CCM/CMC Edition) features two soft-coated universal mic clips (dark gray). It also comes with a special 8mm mic clip (black) to provide a customized fit for Schoeps microphones with LEMO connectors. To achieve the best isolation for your style of booming, two pairs of interchangeable RAD-1 hoops are included: standard firmness (black) and soft firmness (dark gray). The base of the shockmount comes with a 360? rotatable XLR holder to further isolate the mic from cable noise. There is a 3/8″-16 thread at the bottom to mount the RAD-1 on boompoles, stands, or with quick-connect attachments.
