This 7.1″ windscreen fits Rode NTG-3; Sanken CS-3e; Sennheiser MKH416 and MKH418-S; Sony ECM-678 and ECM-680S as well as other shotgun microphones 0.74 to 0.86″ in diameter and with slots less than 3.14″ from end of mic. It’s made from semi-open cell foam, which prevents flaking and dissolution. UV and moisture resistance protect the windshield from the elements. The wide rear protects from side winds, and the narrow front provides additional protection around the interference tube.
