The Rode SoundField NT-SF1 is a 360° ambisonic microphone. Designed to provide a clear and accurate reproduction of complete 360 degrees sound. Perfect for recording VR, Film Production, and audio for Video Games. Featuring four true-condenser cardioid capsules arranged in a tetrahedral array, capturing the entire spherical soundfield. While the special microphone cable breaks out into four standard male XLR connectors. Allowing you to then record four separate tracks for the complete audio experience.

Additionally, you can manipulate your sound in postproduction by using the free SoundField by RODE plug-in processor. Allowing you to adjust the mic’s position, directivity, and rotation. Then, create a full 7.1.4 surround-sound mix or 360 head-track-compliant soundscape for VR applications. So whether you’re recording music, vocals or sound effects; the Rode SoundField gives you endless flexibility and sonic quality.

The NT2000 is an extremely versatile large-diaphragm condenser microphone designed to be the ultimate workhorse in the studio. Featuring a continuously variable polar pattern control that seamlessly sweeps from omnidirectional to cardioid to figure-8, continuously variable pad (0 to -10dB), and continuously variable high-pass filter (20Hz to 150Hz), it can easily adapt to a wide variety of recording scenarios, giving you full control over the sound of the microphone.
