SmallRig Cooling Fan for Sony Selected Cameras 5152 is designed to cool down Sony mirrorless cameras and enhance the recording duration of high specification videos. The cooling fan utilizes a high speed fan with a TEC cooling module to quickly cool the camera and effectively alleviate overheating problems. The cooling fan is adjustable in two speeds to meet different shooting needs. Spring-loaded snap-in mounting design for quick mounting and dismounting, easy access to the cooling fan and storage of the camera’s LCD screen. These 300mm (11.8”) long Rods are one of the basic building blocks of all SYMPLA rigs, and are always used in parallel pairs to create a track which allows components to be mounted and positioned correctly.
Rods can be united to make longer tracks (using the included screw junctions), joined at different heights using the V-Offset component, or shifted laterally using the H-Offset component. Although the possible uses are numerous, these long Rods primarily serve as the track for SYMPLA Fixed or Variable Plates, since the extra length allows a wide range of camera and lens (and viewfinder) combinations to be correctly positioned for the operator and for other SYMPLA components, such as the Flexible Mattebox.
Made in 15mm (0.59”) diameter tubular aluminum for strength and reduced weight, 300mm Rods are the longer of SYMPLA’s two sizes. Supplied as a pair, with two 1/2”-13UNC screw junctions included.
