This 15mm Rod Holder is the perfect option for mounting rod based accessories to your camera system via one of our Half or Full Camera Cages.
This specific variation mounts via a 1/4″-20 screw and utilizes a locating pin which helps prevent the rod from rotating when using accessories such as wireless follow focus motors.
This design allows this Rod Holder to be mounted to the front of a cage, allowing the rod to sit closer to the lens than it normally could via traditional baseplates.
This makes it the perfect solution for mounting single rod based follow focus systems to compact lenses.
