Westcott expands the FJ line by introducing the FJ800 800Ws Touchscreen Strobe with FJ Pro AC/DC Battery as the brand’s most powerful monolight ? made to conquer every lighting challenge. The FJ800 recycles in 0.01 to 1.8 sec ensuring speed and reliability at all times. Just as the FJ400 II model, the FJ800 comes with a 30W bi-color LED modeling light and a full-color OLED touchscreen for intuitive and uncomplicated onboard control. Besides that, this 800Ws version features convenient LED group color indicators on its back for easy identification. Other settings are to be highlighted, including flash durations with a Freeze mode and a Creative Mask feature for better efficiency. Users will also benefit from flexible AC/DC power options with the included interchangeable FJ Pro battery that provides up to 250 full power flashes per charge. The FJ800 has a slightly larger body design when compared to the FJ400 II unit, but still maintains an overall compact form factor. It works as a rapid strobe lighting solution featuring a heavy-duty handle and a lightweight design at 7.5 lb for great portability.
