The Easyrig Minimax with Cinema Flex Vest combines the Minimax with a vest designed for female camera operators. The vest is slightly smaller in size than the standard one, and it is reinforced with additional padding while also providing adjustability at multiple points. The Minimax system supports loads between 4.4 and 15.4 lb and is useful for stabilizing the load while taking the weight off the operator’s arms. Redistributing the weight through the body harness, it’s ideal for applications that require extensive handheld operation. The support rope, while transferring the weight to the harness, also adds a point of contact, reducing vibrations.

With Easyrig’s new Minimax, the new and improved spring system has resulted in a significantly smoother running of the support rope, specifically to the beginning and end of the rope’s travel. This is down to a revolutionary a conical wheel that unrolls the rope. Working in conjunction with this, Easyrig have also reduced the friction through the entire support process resulting in a much more fluid feel and operation.

The new Easyrig Minimax also has an new overload protection system. If the user overloads the spring system a tripping mechansim will activate. This means the spring will not be broken if you use too heavy a camera.

Another major difference from the previous model Easyrig Mini is the pivoting upper arm which is now similar to big brother Easyrig 3 Cinema.

The Cinema Flex Vest is a modified version of the standard Cinema 3 vest. The upper part over the breast is reinforced for a better fitness for female camera operators.

The upper part is adjustable with velcro over the shoulder. Under the arm there is a 40 mm band that is adjustable for the perfect fi.
