Suitable as a fill light source for video shooting, the Litemons LA300Bi Bi-Color LED Monolightfrom Godox has an adjustable bi-color CCT while providing you with NFC functionality for quick app control. Even in its compact white housing, the LA300Bi is a 330W unit capable of delivering a bright output when equipped with the included reflector. Among its many benefits are 11 built-in lighting effects for simulating various creative scenes and dimming capability. On the rear of the unit is a convenient screen for monitoring the parameters of the light, complemented by local buttons and a knob for easy tweaks. Godox’s Litemons LA series offers a space-saving lighting solution for interviews, live streaming, and all types of content creation.
Nanlite Forza 60 LED is a super small powerhouse of a light. Its versatility is fantastic when output and size is considered. Offering a monolight form factor with a micro ecosystem of equally small and convenient add on accessories. Weight is only .8 kg and about the size of a coffee mug, but it still can offer an output that reaches 6732 Lumens (11950 Lux 5600K @ 1 metre), CRI of 95 and a TLCI of 95. Control of this daylight 5600K light is provided in 1% increments, with a range of additional special effects built in. WiFi app control is inbuilt with the use of Nanlite’s WiFi router as well as a simple remote control that can address hundreds of single units (available separately).

The 50D is tiny but packs a punch. It uses a Taiwan manufactured LED COB chip that allows the highest quality of light but with industry best resistance to light falloff over the life of the head. Output is 9700 LUX at 1 metre with a standard reflector. Amazing Value for money and Quality from a brand that is used widely in TV studio’s around the world. The 50D can be run from two optional NPF style batteries with a holder as well as the included 240 volt power pack. It uses its own proprietary mount but also includes a Bowens adaptor for attaching the huge range of accessories available for this mount style.
At just 5.7 x 3.5 x 3.5″ the compact ML60 LED Light has a host of advanced features “under the hood.” The light sports a 5600K colour temperature – ideal for shooting outdoors, in a large place dominated by windows, or to seamlessly blend with other daylight-balanced fixtures. A high CRI rating of CRI/TLCI: 96/97 is ample evidence of advanced capability in rendering colour. The ML60 dims from 0 to 100% and it has a 32-channel, 16-group receiver that allows you to adjust the light’s dimming level and on/off functions. You can manage these locally on the fixture or wirelessly at a distance with a separately-purchased controller. The light even has eight lighting effects including lightning, flash, conference, paparazzi, TV, and broken bulb.
Made with run-and-gun shooting in mind the ML60 has a removable handle as well as an umbrella socket. Ready for worldwide use, the ML60 runs on 100 to 240V, thanks to the included AC adapter, but it will also run on two NP-F970 batteries when AC power is unavailable. Godox has included a carrying case for storage and transport.
