Godox has put together this comprehensive S30-D Focusing LED Three Light Kit to provide shooters with a complete lighting system that’s road ready. The kit includes three S30 LED lights each with barndoors, a power adapter, and a light stand. For precise, almost “surgical” lighting, the kit includes the optical Projection Attachment with an 85mm lens. Godox also provides a full complement of accessories for it including an iris, set of framing shutters, gobo set with holder, and a scrim set. Two softboxes are also included, as are a Colour Effects Gel Set and a Colour Temperature Adjustment Gel Set. Two bags are provided, one for the light stands and another for the S30’s and accessories.

The FS-200 LED from NanLite is a monolight style light fixture with remarkable light output relative to its size.

The Nanlite FS-200 LED light uses the industry-standard Bowens light modifiers, making it easy to soften or focus the light, to provide a wide range of lighting effects. The ability to shape the light makes the FS-200 ideal for portraiture, product photography, and in-house video production.

How bright are they?

In our tests using a pair of FS-200’s in the Nanlite 60 x 90cm softbox, we were able to shoot a single person portrait with the following camera settings F8, 1/125s, ISO 1000. For a group portrait, where the lights further from the subjects, we were able to shoot a group of 4 standing side-by-side with the following camera settings F8, 1/125s, ISO 1250.

The LS 600D Pro Light Storm Daylight Point Light Source from Aputure is a powerful COB LED fixture with expansive power and control options and output comparable to a 1200W HMI. The precision fixture has a solid 5600K colour temperature with a high CRI/TLCI rating of 95, that’s great for location shooting outdoors, or in areas dominated by other daylight-balanced fixtures such as HMIs. Besides power, control is a driving force in the design of the 600D.The light also has a myriad of wireless control methods, including Aputure’s 2.4GHz remote, the Sidus Link mobile app, and the built-in wireless DMX control. While you can make adjustments locally on the fixture, you can also make them wirelessly from 0 to 100% at a distance via any of these methods – a real attribute for lights mounted overhead or in hard to reach places.
