Despite its small size, it comes with an extensive feature set which can typically only be found on bigger luminaires. Based on a 40W Osram RGBW LED light source, the unit features an extremely high-efficient optical system capable of zooming from 4° to 56°, making it extremely versatile for any application as beam or wash light. Astra Wash7Pix is single pixel controllable, with multiple on-board FX, and allows access to a precise and advanced white and colour control, all through DMX, W-DMX, Art-Net, sACN, Kling-Net and RDM.
The VL6500 WASH takes the big picture appeal and stand-out power of the VL6000 Beam and adds full color mixing and a versatile 6-16˚ beam diffusion. The most distinctive aspect of this fixture is Vari-Lite’s iconic Dichro*fusion radial diffusion system. The distinctive blades bring back a classic look that has been beloved lighting professionals since the days of the legendary VL5 and Series 500 luminaires.
With its CYM+CTO system and fixed color wheels, the VL6500 WASH combines dynamic color effects and crossfades with a broad beam spread, high output and head-turning heritage. From narrow shafts to wide area washes, the VL6500 WASH delivers powerful visual impact—all in glorious Vari-Lite color.
The VL800 EVENTWASH is mid-sized LED wash moving head fixture that is extremely compact and powerful. This fast-moving wash is built with the DNA of Vari-Lite, offering full RGBW color mixing and 7 individually controllable LEDs for easy split colors or pixel mapping applications. With controllable dimming and motorized zoom, this fixture moves and feels like a Vari-Lite, providing valuable features in a cost-effective mid-sized moving head.

The Vari-Lite VL5LED WASH is a true modern update to the legendary VL5. This compact, high output LED wash fixture brings a host of modern features to the familiar form factor of this unique fixture. The Dichro*fusion blades, first seen in the VL6500 WASH, supply smooth, variable diffusion while the RGBALC color system provides a wide range of rich color options. To simplify setup and programming of this color system, the innovative SmartColor Control System gives designers adjustability without complexity. The beautiful colors of the VL5LED are reflected on the Dichro*fusion blades, which bring the vintage stylings of the original VL5 to create a strong visual element on stage. For further visual options, a separate ring of LEDs light up the Dichro*fusion blades a different color than the light coming from source engine. The LED blade lights, along with an onboard motorized zoom, offers a range of new visual options and bring more flexibility to this classic fixture.
