The Sony FE 85mm f/1.8 Lens makes a strong argument for itself as the ideal portrait-length prime lens. The f/1.8 maximum aperture is bright enough to capture stunning images in even the lowest light conditions, permitting the user great control over their depth of field. The nine total lens elements include a single extra-low dispersion lens element designed to reduce or entirely eliminate chromatic and colour fringing.
