This EF Mount Adapter Support for Canon R5C attaches to the front of the cage via M3 screws and provides additional support for an RF to EF Lens Mount Adapter.
This provides an additional point of contact between your cage and lens adapter which helps create a more secure connection and limits any shifts in the image that could be caused by follow focus systems.
