The plate itself features multiple 1/4-20″ countersinks, M3 countersinks, M4 countersinks, 1/4-20″ thread holes, M4 thread holes, and an ARRI 3/8″ -16 thread hole to attach a dual rod clamp, a magic arm, or other accessories.5. This battery plate attaches to the bottom of the Float System’s post to allow you to provide external power to your gimbal with two gold mount batteries while also providing some counter weight to the bottom end of the post for when you are attempting to balance against the weight of your gimbal/camera setup.
