The Manfrotto 16mm Female Adapter with 3/8″ Screw and 80mm Disc is most often used as a stand adapter. The 5/8″ (16mm) receiver fits over a 5/8″ “Baby” standard stud and is secured with the captive locking thumb screw. The 3/8″ (9.5mm) mounting screw is a standard photo hardware size and will fit into a variety of products such as tripod heads. It can also be passed through the yoke on small lights and secured via the wing nut and 3.2″ (80mm) disc base.
