The Godox VL series lights are for users who need a lightweight head with battery portability. The main power components are removed from the head and housed in a control box that also includes two VLock battery buckles for remote use. The light can be mounted on a standard spigot on any light stand or hung from a ceiling as the head is seperate from the main control box also allowing easy use of a boom.
